Notwithstanding the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this Agreement may be freely assigned by AXEN Realty to any affiliated entity or wholly owned subsidiary.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in Florida. If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
